LEADERSHIP AND RESULTS
For the past six years, Jim has managed a $200 million division of Nokia with over 100 employees who deliver service-based projects in North and South America.
For the past four years, his team has scored number one in the company on a Change Index scorecard that measures team ethics, diversity, and performance results.
As chair of the City Council Public Safety Committee, Jim amended zoning regulations to support economic growth and authored an ordinance to protect citizen privacy.
Jim served on the council Ad Hoc Committee on Economic Development and has worked on major projects including the Cutter Fire Station, Market Landing Park, Phillips Drive, and the Plummer Springs Bridge Agreement.
